Yes, to become a member you must pay a one time membership fee of $125.

No it's not. It’s a members based multi vendor E-Commerce system where members can buy, sell or provide services from all over the globe.

4) Do I need to refer any other members ?

No. But if you can share the Ubuntu opportunity with 2 other people, we will complete your downline for you. Normally you need 5 people to complete your downline.

5) How do I access my funds?

As a member you have (2) Wallets. A Member Wallet which holds all your referral bonuses and A Store Wallet which holds all your funds from your E-commerce store transactions.

6) What can I do with my member's wallet balance?

You can buy products or services listed on the website by other members / vendors. You also have the ability to transfer funds member to member or transfer it to your bank account / PayPal. (Please refer to Fund Transfers Fees regarding minimum payout limits)

7) What can I do with my store wallet ?

8) What if I don't get any referrals? Will I get my money back?

Your membership fee of $125 will be refunded if you are not able to sign up 2 referrals in your downline within 90 days of your subscription. Or in a year you get double the amount.

9) Can I buy multiple memberships?

No, you cannot buy multiple memberships. However you can sign up your friends, family members and colleagues to receive a $100 bonus per referral.

10) Can I use my member's wallet earnings to pay my other expenses ?

Yes you can use funds from your members wallet to pay for other expenses like Utility bills, Credit repair, Accounting, bookkeeping , Credit card bills, Loans, Insurance or services provided by other members/vendors.

11) Will I get a separate page where I can market or invite others to join ?

Once you become a member you will be given your own Ubuntu registration page with a unique URL which you can share to your friends, family and others to join under you.

12) From where will the products be shipped ?

The majority of products and services provided by Ubuntu members / vendors will be shipped from the United States and Canada.

13) I’m a social media influencer with a big following, is this a good opportunity for me?

14) Will you manage my website for me?

Yes, for a small fee of $15/hour we will help you in setting up your store. We’ll upload your products or services and create any additional branding material you may require.

15) Does Ubuntu take care of the shipping, handling and returns?

16) What is the return / refund policy ?

Vendors are responsible for all refunds and returns. Please refer to the specific Vendors Return / Refund policy.

17) Is there a Withdraw limit to my bank account?

  1. From your member's wallet, 50% of the balance can be withdrawn to your bank account every 30 days. The Other 50% reserved to be used to buy products or services from Members / Vendors within the Ubuntu community.

  2. From store wallet you can withdraw entire amount to your bank account any time

18) I’m not from the United States or Canada, can I join Ubuntu?

Yes, Ubuntu Global is open to anyone in the world as long as you have an internet connection.

19) I want to be a brand ambassador for your company. Can I?

Yes you can .Please contact admin.

20) Will I get a membership debit card to withdraw my funds?

You can transfer the money in your bank account / Paypal or the membership debit card which is provided by Ubuntu global.

21) Is there an age limit to join?

No, there is no age limit to join. Parent’s can even register kids to start making residual income.

22) Can I market my products and services to other members/vendors?

Yes you can market your products and service to other members and we will help with that with our marketing team.

23) Can I ship products outside the US and Canada?

Yes you can as the shipping, refunds, returns will be handled by you only.

24) What if anyone does not follow the rules and regulations of Ubuntu ?

  1. Their account will be banned forever and cannot withdraw the amount.
